Services Provided:

-Routine Adult and Childhood Vaccinations
-Travel Vaccinations (must see Public Health first)
-Allergy Injections
-Allergy Skin Testing (by referral only)

Routine & travel vaccinations provided for all Air Force personnel (other DoD & SOFA status dependents must be enrolled at the Kadena Medical Treatment Facility). Personnel enrolled to USNHO (Navy Clinic on Camp Foster or other Medical Treatment Facilities cannot currently be vaccinated at Kadena. Non-Tricare enrollee patients will need to be vaccinated at USNHO.

Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday 0730-1130 and 1245-1600, closed during lunchtime
Closed: Holidays, PACAF Family Days, and 3rd Thursday of every month at 1200 for training.
· Smallpox is given on Thursdays at 0800. Please show up 15 mins prior to start time and allow for proper screening of forms.
· TB skin tests (PPD) are not given Thursdays (must be read 48-72 hours later)
· Allergy injections are given Tuesday & Thursday 0830-1030 & 1300-1500

Immunization Clinic Information:
· Customers are typically seen first come/first served; waiting times will vary.
· If you (or family member) have received vaccines at a non-Air Force facilities, bring a copy of the vaccination record for transcription. Army, Navy & Air Force databases do not always interconnect.
· Trasncription of vaccination records may take 24-48 hours during peak seasons.
· Always keep a copy of your vaccination records; internet outages are common.
· Immunization Clinic staff will not sign forms (PCS, sports, school, etc) unless all age-appropriate vaccinations have been administered.
