A U.S. Air Force F-22 Raptor from Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, takes-off June 19, 2018, at Kadena Air Base, Japan. The F-22 is being deployed under U.S. PACOM’s theater security package (TSP) program, which has been in operation since 2004.
