KADENA AIR BASE, Japan -- U.S. Air Force Airmen with the 4th Fighter Generation Squadron, 1st Special Operations Squadron and 18th Logistics Readiness Squadron conducted a forward area refueling point demonstration on F-35A Lightning IIs assigned to the 4th Fighter Squadron, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, at Kadena Air Base, Japan, Feb. 14, 2024. FARP training can take place anytime, day or night. When a fighter squadron has FARP support, choices are increased in a contested environment.
