1-1 ADA gets new commander

KADENA AIR BASE, Japan -- Army Lt. Col. Edward O'Neill passes the unit flag to Command Sgt. Maj. Michael Kuppers after assuming command of the 1-1 Air Defense Artillery Battalion at Kadena Air Base, Japan, on Aug. 7, 2007. The unit activated at the base in November 2006.
