U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Zachary Paskovitch, 18th Civil Engineer Squadron emergency management responder, monitors an Airman who is simulating being contaminated with hazardous chemicals during a Mission Focused Exercise on Kadena Air Base, Japan, Jan. 30, 2014. U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Justin Baker, 18th Civil Engineer Squadron heavy equipment operator, uses an excavator to dig up a main water line which recently broke on Kadena Air Base, Japan, Mar. 5, 2014. After losing more than five million gallons of water in six hours, the members were able to find the break and work to resolve the problem by digging around the pipe to repair the broken line, ensuring Kadena's water supply hadn't ran out.
