A ribbon of flags has been planted on a hill on Douglas Blvd., Kadena Air Base, Japan, as a visual reminder that it is Sexual Assault Awareness month. The flags are going to be available by donation at various places around the base and will be continue to be planted and displayed throughout the month of April to recognize survivors of sexual assault.
