U.S. Air Force Tech Sgt. Roy Washington, 18th Operation Support Squadron NCOIC of air crew flight equipment, cuts fabric to be made into flags while Airman 1st Class Nick Meyers, an aircrew flight equipment apprentice, sews the flags into shape for Sexual Assault Awareness Month, March 13, 2013, Kadena Air Base, Japan.
