Diverted commercial planes receive Kadena support

Two of three aircraft sit parked on the flightline of Kadena Air Base, Japan, after being diverted from Naha airfield on March 12, 2013. The 18th Wing and 733rd AMS assisted three aircraft that diverted from Naha airfield with services such as refueling. Kadena Air Base is a divert location for Naha airfield and is occasionally used when weather or other situations prevent aircraft from landing at Naha. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Darnell T.
