Leadership learns new tricks

U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Phillip Easton, 18th Mission Support Group superintendent, inspects the barrel of a weapon at the 18th Security Forces Squadron on Kadena Air Base, Japan, Feb. 28, 2013. During his visit to the squadron, he was shown how to take a weapon apart and put it back together and the cleaning process security forces members go through to ensure the weapon is serviceable. Easton and Col. Jeff Ullmann, 18th MSG commander, visit squadrons within their command once a week to experience what their Airmen do on a daily basis as part of the 18th MSG work program.
