NCO Academy Class 13-2 graduated during a cermony Feb. 15

U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Michael Radford, 18th Equipment Maintenance Squadron Flight chief, and guest speaker Chief Master Sgt. Thomas Stiles, 18th Dental Squadron superintendent, present the John L. Levitow award to Tech. Sgt. Christopher Peacock, from the 390th Intelligence Squadron, at the NCO Academy Class 13-2 graduation on Kadena Air Base, Japan, Feb. 15, 2013. The distinguished graduate award, sponsored by the Kadena Chiefs group, is named in memory of Medal of Honor recipient Airman 1st Class John L. Levitow. The award is presented to the most outstanding member of enlisted professional military education graduates and denotes superior achievement as both a leader and a scholar.
