U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Matt Molloy, 18th Wing commander, speaks with Soldiers from the 1st Battalion 1st Air Defense Artillery on Kadena Air Base, Japan, Jan. 14, 2013. The Battalion's vision is that they are trained and ready to fight and win on the modern battlefield; a cohesive, team-oriented unit comprised of professional warriors.
