Nirai and Okinawa City firefighters trained on simulated interior fire scenarios where they extinguished a kitchen fire and navigated through a building looking for victims and clearing smoke. The training also brought Nirai and Okinawa City firefighters together and the two different training styles helped prepare them for real world joint fire fighting with Kadena firefighters. Firefighters team up, tackle training
