33rd and 31st RQS participate in Joint Field FTX

Staff Sgt. Jacob Schaumberg, a pararescuemen with the 31st Rescue Squadron, scans the area during a joint field exercise, here at Okinawa April 27. This FTX was significant as it was the first to incorporate U.S. and Japanese Medical Evacuation and Search and Rescue assets to pull injured personnel from the ocean.
