The Air Force fire protection badge is a mandatory item on the left breast pocket of the uniform for firefighters throughout the Air Force. The Kadena firefighters conducted training on March 6, 2014, on emergency maintenance, fire fighting tools, hazardous material decontamination, and explosive ordinance disposal for the participants in the Model Program.
