Antwain Coates, Driver's Education instructor, explains Japanese traffic rules and road signs in Okinawa during a course at the Schilling Community Center on Kadena Air Base, Japan, Feb. 7, 2014. The schedule is made at the discretion of the student/instructor and is not limited to classroom times only. Students can arrange day, evening or weekend behind-the-wheel hours, as their schedule permits. Students are required to complete six hours of BTW and six hours of observation time as a passenger.
