Antwain Coates, Driver's Education instructor, explains Japanese traffic rules and road signs in Okinawa during a course at the Schilling Community Center on Kadena Air Base, Japan, Feb. 7, 2014. The schedule is made at the discretion of the student/instructor and is not limited to classroom times only.
