U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Quincy Jackson, 961st Aircraft Maintenance Unit crew chief, signals a 961st Airborne Air Control Squadron E-3 Sentry Airborne Warning and Control aircraft to halt on the Kadena Air Base, Japan, flightline Jan. 28, 2014.
