18th MXG welcomes new commander

U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. James Hecker, 18th Wing commander, passes the guidon to Col. Jeffrey King, 18th Maintenance Group commander, during a change of command ceremony on Kadena Air Base, Japan, Aug. 15, 2013. The 18th MXG supports all wing taskings as directed by the Pacific Air Forces commander throughout PACAF and 5th Air Force.
