Kadena's firefighters give hands-on training to first responders
Masao Itokazu, 18th Civil Engineering Squadron crew chief, explains the different parts of a KC-135 Stratotanker to a group of local national first responders during an annual bilateral aircraft mishap hands-on training on Kadena Air Base, Japan, Oct. 28, 2014. The purpose of this training is to enhance Japanese firefighters' skills in responding to an aircraft fire as well as to enhance bilateral first responder cooperation.
