18th CES trace power outage source
18th Civil Engineer Squadron electricians trace the source of a power outage to the Shogun Inn at 5 a.m. on Kadena Air Base, Japan, Oct. 18, 2014. The eletricians discovered the cause of the power outage and restored power to the affected area. Exploded cables caused the outage and the repairs were more extensive than originally thought.
