Marines join Kadena Airmen for contingency exercise

Richard Holguin, 718th Civil Engineer Squadron Engineering Flight superintendent, speaks to CE Airman and Marines from the 172nd and 171st Engineering Company at Kadena Air Base, Japan Feb. 26, 2015.
