Kadena holds first SAPR leadership panel

Representatives from all agencies involved in a sexual assault prevention and response investigation form Kadena’s first SAPR leadership panel to answer questions and facilitate conversation about the SAPR investigation process on Kadena Air Base, Japan, April 14, 2015.
