Kadena kicks off April MFE

U.S. Air Force Airmen from the 18th Civil Engineer Group work as a team to determine the best course of action for handling simulated unexploded ordnance during an explosive ordnance disposal exercise on Kadena Air Base, Japan, April 20, 2015. The EOD exercise was held in support of April’s mission-focused exercise, which tests the ability of Airmen around the base to perform their primary duties in a simulated wartime environment while simultaneously testing their knowledge of emergency procedures such as self-aid buddy care and EOD identification.
