National Depression Education and Awareness Month

October is National Depression Education and Awareness Month. Depressive disorders come in many different forms and can affect anyone. Noticeable symptoms may include feelings of: hopelessness, guilt, pessimism, worthlessness and more. If you suspect that you may be depressed, contact your local mental health office.
