An engineer from the 38th Cyberspace Engineering Installation Group and 18th Communications Squadron identify wire locations March 28, 2017, at Kadena Air Base, Japan. The 38th CEIG assisted the 18th CS in reducing the number of routers by 25 percent. This reduction is estimated to save the Air Force more than $750,000 in maintenance costs annually.
