18th FSS Brings Innovative ID Process to Kadena

U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Leann Munoz, 18th Force Support Squadron customer service technician, makes a dependent identification card for Rebecca Sneller, spouse of retired Army Reserve Chaplain Deric Sneller Mar. 29, 2018, at Kadena Air Base, Japan. The 18th FSS Military Personnel Section implemented a new process that enables customers to file for a dependent identification card from their cell phones or personal emails. The new system saves customers time and enables the MPS to complete more tasks. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Micaiah Anthony)
