    KADENA AIR BASE, Japan -- Master labor contractors and U.S. Air Force Airmen from the 18th Comptroller Squadron and the 18th Contracting Squadron worked overtime to successfully close out the fiscal year budget by funding as many requests as possible before their midnight deadline.
