KADENA AIR BASE, Japan -- Airman 1st Class Ashley Lefler takes the temperature of every item on the line before the food is served and periodically throughout the meal here on Aug. 15, 2007. Keeping the food at the proper temperature ensures all military members receive hot and fresh food every time they eat at the dining facility.
