AIR NATIONAL GUARD AIRMAN DIES AT KADENA AFTER FALL Published April 5, 2015 By 010415 KADENA AIR BASE, Japan -- An Airman assigned the 115th Fighter Wing, Wisconsin Air National Guard, died April 5 following a fall from a fifth story window. The Airman was pronounced dead at 9:51 p.m. after being transported to the U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa at Camp Foster. The incident is under investigation. The Airman's name is being withheld until 24 hours after notification of next of kin.
