Only ememency service work orders will be taken by phone between the hours of 2330-0630 on the 634-HOME option 5 phone number. All other work order requirements during the hours of 2330-0630 can be submitted online using your home/work computer or called in on the following day during hours of operation. To submit your request online go to: http://www.kadena.af.mil and click on the Housing Maintenance Request under the base information section on the bottom right hand side of the page. Typhoon season (Jun- Nov): service call clerks are available 2417 at 634-HOME option 6. Phone Tree: from a call phone dial 098 938-1111, wait for dial time then dial 634-HOME (634-4663 DSN).
